The growth hormone axis is one of the most studied signaling chains in modern peptide research. Apothify groups three peptide families under this category. GHRH analogs (Sermorelin, CJC-1295, Tesamorelin) copy the body's own growth hormone releasing hormone signal. Ghrelin receptor agonists (Ipamorelin, GHRP-2, GHRP-6, Hexarelin) act on a separate receptor in the same pathway. Downstream growth factor analogs (IGF-1 LR3, MGF) let researchers study what happens after the signal has fired.
Growth hormone is released in pulses, not as a steady flow. Researchers measure how a given peptide changes the timing, amplitude, and selectivity of those pulses.
