01 /What it is

GHK is a naturally occurring tripeptide (Gly-His-Lys) first identified in human plasma. Without bound copper it is the parent sequence from which GHK-Cu is formed.

02 /How it works

In research models, GHK is studied in pathways related to extracellular matrix remodeling and growth factor adjacent activity. Without bound copper its activity profile differs from GHK-Cu.

03 /What researchers explore it for

Researchers have explored GHK in skin research, in tissue research, and in copper peptide research.

04 /Safety and interactions

GHK is for laboratory research use only and is not for human consumption. Not medical advice. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

05 /Research notes

Peptide family: GHK related tripeptides. Frequently compared with GHK-Cu and AHK-Cu.
